Planetarium (Jamisten, VII)

I want to write a rhyme about

When her and I

Climbed a mountain

to admire the sky

From a planetarium

The World seems to be

A gleaming Aquarium

With you and I occupying

It’s tiny terrarium

The stars that glimmered above

Our curious minds that night

Are as eternal as our love

A cliche written; be, it might

I’d bend grammatical rules for you

Support you through your school issues

Be your shoulder to cry on, even your tissues

And when I went on a journey, god, how I missed you

The lead up to months spent apart

Is a tale for another day

The heat up of my once cold heart

Makes me grateful you’re still my Bae
